Processes
CCC currently works with over 500 generally sought formulations. Every product is sampled, tested and audited to meet the latest industry standards and customer requirements. Our processes include:
- Contract manufacturing, blending and packaging
- Neutralization, condensation reactions, esterification, liquid polymer reacting
- Production with batch capacity up to 7,800 gallons
- Ability to manufacture and ship hazardous materials
- Flaking and pastillating
Our facility can handle batches from 1,000 to 7,800 gallons. Our plant operates 24 hours on a 5-1/2 day schedule. Bagging is sewn open mouth or heat sealed for products with melt points as low as 36 degrees centigrade. We ship over 50 million pounds of solid or liquid product annually in bulk or packaged form – by truck and rail.
Some large companies simply do not have the capacity to set up for a particular product. Large ones might, but the whole turn-around process may take 30 days. CCC could typically complete the same job in less than two weeks. We can also adapt an original order’s timelines, specifications and packaging to suit customer needs. CCC is among the very few companies dealing in solids and liquids that also offer flaking and pastillating.
